Welcome to the Sweat with Sarah Subscription!

My idea here is to create a community of individuals all reaching for the same goal – to better oneself physically and mentally. Movement is such a HUGE integral part of my life and I love sharing my passion with you all. Training helps your sleep patterns, strengthens your immunity, boosts energy levels, improves focus & productivity! I know for me, it lifts my mood, enhances those “feel good” endorphins and brings me feelings of happiness and calm in such a chaotic world. It can also help you tune out the world in a way that few other activities can.  There is truly no better feeling than finishing a workout when your mind is making all the excuses in the world not to.  

This subscription will include daily workouts that I have programmed for you so you can just focus on showing up. The upcoming weeks workouts will be posted on Sunday.

There will be lifting sessions, cardio, core, as well as intervals mixed in each week.  However you use these workouts, please remember to take it at your own pace to gauge how you’re feeling.  If this is your first time ever working out, don’t feel like you need to do all of the workouts every day of the week.  Start slow and build up from there!

Much like a Sweat with Sarah "challenge", it is up to you to complete the workouts on your own time and whenever it fits into your schedule. If you are completing the workouts at home, dumbbells are required (I usually recommend one heavy set, one lighter set) and resistance bands.

Unlike a challenge, there will not be any weekly check-ins or accountability. Of course I'm always here to chat if you have any questions or concerns, however the workouts are to be completed independently.

Before starting your Sweat with Sarah Subscription, I ask that you click on the “housekeeping” section, and the “important info” section. These will both be here for your reference whenever you need them, but please read at least once in detail prior to beginning. After that, you’re good to go — simply click on “Monday” and begin!

FAQ’S:
LENGTH OF WORKOUTS: Time will range from 30-60 minutes in length including warm up and cool down depending on how long you take for rest and recovery in between sets.
VIDEO DEMOS: Will there be full follow along videos for the workouts? Unfortunately no, but there are links to each individual exercise to show you how to perform that movement.
CANCELLATION: you can cancel your subscription at any time, however it would have to be before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month's fee.
