SMALL GROUP training session

Looking for something a bit more personalized than a bootcamp but not quite as expensive as one-on-one personal training? Meet, small group classes.

After determining your personal fitness goals - whether it be weight loss, muscle gain or recovery from an injury, we will design a program to help you achieve it.

Each week (or multiple times a week) when you come into the gym to workout we will make any changes necessary to your program based on your progress and feedback.

Small group classes involve 4-6 people training at once. In a small group, you tend to feel more accountable which leads to a big impact on performance and immediate results.

Also, this is a big difference from a large group setting of 10, 20, or even 50 people in a fitness class or bootcamp. In a setting of 4-6 people, you are going to get a lot of attention and time from the coach. Have a partner or some friends who want to join you in personal training? Make it a date! Small group training is a fraction of what personal training costs still with an individualized coaching aspect.

What to expect in a Sweat with Sarah bootcamp?

A full body burnout, circuit training with both weighted and bodyweight exercises, HIIT, cardio, and most importantly FUN

Equipment will be incorporated so you can expect such things as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, hurdles, cones, ladders and more! Modifications will be available to suit every fitness level.

What to bring:

  • work out attire, appropriate for the temp/weather

  • running/workout shoes, preferably with good traction in case the grass is slippery

  • sweat towel & water bottle

  • sun block & shades

  • a yoga mat if you so choose (but not necessary!)

SWEAT WITH SARAH CHALLEnGE

By joining in on this challenge, you will be coached through 4 weeks of workouts, available for 1 on 1 coaching to ask any and all questions and the opportunity to be apart of an amazing community! ⁣⁣

⁣⁣Details:

*Workouts consist of strength training, some high intensity interval training and circuit style workouts⁣

⁣What this challenge includes: ⁣

  • 4 weeks worth of workouts 4 days/week + 5th optional day ⁣

  • Video demonstrations for ALL exercises

  • Workouts can be done at your own pace on your own time

  • Workouts can be done at the gym or from the comfort of your own home

  • 24/7 availability to ask me any questions

  • Weekly check ins, FB group accountability

Equipment required:

  • Dumbbells

  • Mini resistance bands (not required but recommended)

Online 1-on-1 coaching

One-on-one coaching with me includes the following:

  • A free consultation call: I will call you first thing to say hello, introduce myself and discuss your current level of fitness, goals, health concerns and get to know you and your lifestyle

  • A workout plan programmed specifically for your goals & crafted specifically for how much time you can commit to exercise

  • Monthly nutrition plan that is built around your lifestyle, relationship with food, and preferences

  • SMART goal setting

  • Accountability is taken to the next level with DAILY check ins or WEEKLY coaching calls

  • Unlimited communication for questions/concerns

  • Body measurements/statistics - along with progress pictures & weight - we will measure body fat %, BMI, lean muscle mass, bone mass, and do testing at the beginning to track all progress!

  • Plans are programmed on a month-to-month basis and tweaked after considering client’s success in the 4 weeks

  • Price dependent and can be determined after a free consult

1-on-1 in-person training

I totally understand that walking into a gym can be intimidating and that you may fear feeling awkward or out of place. Well, not anymore! Personal training is designed with the beginner (and advanced) in mind. Sometimes you just need individual attention… sometimes you need that extra push! Personal training is the best way to have a coach focused only on your individual needs during your fitness session. Guaranteed that through personal training you will maximize your progress as your sessions will be specifically written for your current level of ability. Personal training is a great option if you are new to working out and want to learn the basics — we will focus our attention on form and technique, but it’s also for the very experienced or advanced exerciser — i.e. maybe you have a specific goal in mind. This will be a faster path than group classes as they are designed for general, functional fitness. Maybe you have a significant injury history, disability, or risk factors that need a closer eye. Personal training 1-on-1 sessions will help us work closely together to achieve your goals. Personal training sessions can be whatever you need or want it to be and can be scheduled at any convenient time for you that syncs up with my coaching availability.
