I love Sweat with Sarah because being part of a group holds you accountable. You are able to complete the workouts at home around busy life schedules which makes you more likely to finish! Sweat with Sarah was a great program. I’ve noticed huge differences in my physical appearance. Being I believe one of the first males I can assure any other guys out there that the program will be beneficial if they set their egos aside. Sarah’s workouts are tough and she will take the time to customize things to your need; no matter if you’re at a beginner level or more advanced. The program is well put together with what I imagine was many hours of research through trial and error. Sarah keeps it refreshing with unique exercises we often overlook or would never try. My overall experience has been nothing short of life changing. Sarah is an incredible coach. She is available whenever you have questions for her and she is always so positive.

Before I started working with Sarah, I was working out at the gym but was not seeing any results. Now I have my workouts planned out before I get to the gym so I am not walking around trying to figure out what I will do next. It is so helpful. I absolutely love the style of workouts. Prior to her challenges, I wasn’t seeing any progress and I wasn’t tracking what foods or portion sizes I was choosing to fuel my body with. My relationship with food was not the best. I would binge, feel bad, binge more and then restrict for days. I’ve since learned through her challenges that I can eat a clean diet 80% of the time and if I want to enjoy a donut or a burger or drinks with friends, I can, and I am not going to lose all of my progress.

I am stronger, mentally and physically, and I am so happy with my results thus far.

I had been doing workouts on my own at home following trainers on Insta & FB. I was thinking about purchasing the SWEAT app (Kelsey Wells) when Sweat with Sarah was recommended.

The in-person training sessions, the PDF I get to keep, and the Youtube videos are what sealed the deal and why I joined. Loved it! Feel so much better now. The accountability photos really help. Seeing the physical changes is awesome. Feeling like I stuck with something consistently for 8 weeks is amazing and gives me new self confidence to tackle other projects.

Loved the Facebook group - everyone was really supportive and there was great content and it was useful! Seeing where everyone else was with the challenge during the week in the FB group motivated me to not skip any workouts and I LOVED checking off the boxes on the Progress Tracker!
