ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
This 6 week program is designed to target your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves. The majority of exercises will be glute focused, but the goal is to build a well-rounded and balanced overall physique. The program is set up for 4 training days per week with a 5th optional but recommend session. It will progressively get harder as the weeks go on and as your strength increases! This is a progressive overload style glute training program, optimal for gaining strength and muscle. There are many exercises that contribute to your overall “booty” development, so the way I like to set up these glute focused programs are by building the training around a few glute dominant/compound movements (for example, heavy hip thrusts & RDL’s) and then lots of accessory work (side lying clamshells, hip abduction, and bird dogs) that are mostly done using body weight that can help with proper activation of the entire gluteal muscle group.
This program is built for 6 weeks. Unfortunately we can’t train glutes every day of the week! Rest & recovery is optimal for strength & booty gains. 3 days will be solely focused on lower body with the 2 other days being upper, core, and conditioning.
In order for a muscle to grow, strength to be gained, performance to increase, or for any similar improvement to occur, the human body must be forced to adapt to a tension that is above and beyond what it has previously experienced. If you want your butt (or any other muscle groups) to grow, you need to consistently overload the muscle group through weight training by getting stronger, and increase your intensity slowly over time.

DO I NEED PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE TO COMPLETE THIS PROGRAM?
No. This program is suitable for all levels.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
This program recommends access to a full gym, unless your home gym is fully equipped (barbells, dumbbells, cables, basic machines like leg extensions/leg press/leg curls, etc). This program can be done at home, however results may vary. Purchasing mini looped bands are necessary if you do not already own them. They are super inexpensive but such a good investment! WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW ONE OF THE EXERCISES?
This program includes video (not written) demonstrations for all movements in the program. Note: all video demos are on my Youtube page & linked in the PDF document you will receive.
WHAT ABOUT NUTRITION?
This program does not include one on one nutritional/cardio coaching, nutrition or cardio programming, supplement guidance, or any form of personalized coaching.
WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?
This program does not guarantee fat loss or “booty gains” - nor does any program - that’s largely determined by your calorie intake and work put in. This guide is meant for someone willing to put in the work, commit to increasing weights each week and thus forcing the gluteal muscle group to get stronger and in return bigger.
