I love this bodyweight program Sarah put me on! I was travelling around Europe at the time of completion and didn’t have much access to any equipment. Sarah made it so easy to workout from anywhere. She really listened to my needs and created a program that fit perfectly for me! My goal wasn’t necessarily to lose a certain amount of pounds but to just feel more energetic overall and feel better about myself in general. About this program

Even without a gym, we can control our physical fitness during this pandemic. Body weight training is the oldest method in the world to meet your fitness goals. This program includes lots of the basic movements: push ups, sit ups, squats, tricep dips, rows, and everything in between. It has a ton of variation and you can expect to never do the same workout twice! Modifications are always an option and there are alternatives for every exercise.

Although you CAN add weight, this program is designed for those who don’t have any equipment on hand. Creativity, however, is a necessity! Using household items like a chair, facecloths, soup cans, or a bench are required. I do highly recommend purchasing mini looped bands but they are also not necessary. They are super inexpensive but such a good investment! Click here for my favourites.

Note: This guide is meant for someone looking to switch up their routine and never get bored of a workout! Like I mentioned, there is no workout that is the same in these 4 weeks! It is a mix of 1 day upper, 1 day lower body, and three circuit style workouts per week! It is intended for those new to working out, those who don’t have any equipment, and those ready to sweat and burn some calories all while having fun!

PERFECT for those traveling and need a go-to hotel workout or stuck at home currently with no equipment due to COVID-19. These are workouts I have created myself, that I know you will love and yet maybe hate at the same time.

FAQ’s

DO I NEED PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE TO COMPLETE THIS PROGRAM?
No! This program is for all levels - beginner, intermediate & advanced.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
None! Anything you have is an added bonus but mini looped bands are highly recommended.

WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW ONE OF THE EXERCISES?
This program includes video (not written) demonstrations for all movements in the program. Note that any video demonstrations on my Youtube page that has weights included, assume the same movement, but without any weight if not available to you.

WHAT ABOUT NUTRITION?
This program does not include one on one nutritional/cardio coaching, nutrition or cardio programming, supplement guidance, or any form of personalized coaching.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?
This program will NOT guarantee fat loss – that’s largely determined by your calorie intake (as is muscle growth). You should not expect to lose fat just because you’re partaking in this program. There are a lot more variables involved than that!
