8 Week Strength program

I’ve done lots of different workouts programs or challenges over the years and this has been my favourite by far!

Prior to the challenge, I dreaded exercise or going to the gym and now I look forward to it! I feel like I have more energy and my confidence at the gym has increased significantly.

I felt supported through the whole thing, Sarah is always quick to respond and help guide you through your questions. The layout of the program is very easy for anyone to jump into, the work is all done for you, it’s so easy to follow and you’ll never be bored with the workouts!

ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

This program consists of both hypertrophy and strength components (i.e. some workouts focus on higher reps and training to fatigue, while others focus on low reps and training at maximal intensity). If you are thinking about purchasing this program, you should already have a background with strength training and be ready to train hard from the first day. There is focus on compound movements - for example, squat, bench press, deadlift.

This program is mainly for those who want to focus on increasing their strength and muscle growth while ultimately shedding body fat. There will be testing at the beginning, middle, and end of the program and each week you will be expected to increase your weights. You will also have the opportunity to have some fun while training hard with circuit style finishers and high intensity interval training.

Note: Access to a gym is mandatory.

There are four daily mandatory sessions per week. This will consist of two lower body days and two upper body days. The fifth day is optional! You will notice on some weeks, the fifth day is *highly* recommended, please be cognizant of this and if you have time, give it a try!

There is a mix of steady state cardio and high intensity interval training in this program. It is intended for those looking to build lean muscle mass, increase strength, and ultimately trim fat.

These are workouts I have created myself, that I know you will love and yet maybe hate at the same time.

DO I NEED PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE TO COMPLETE THIS PROGRAM?
Yes. This program is intended for those who are intermediate or advanced.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
This program requires the a full gym, unless your home gym is fully equipped (barbells, dumbbells, cables, basic machines like leg extensions/leg press/leg curls, etc).

WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW ONE OF THE EXERCISES?
This program includes video (not written) demonstrations for all movements in the program. Note: all video demos are on my Youtube page & linked in the PDF document you will receive.

WHAT ABOUT NUTRITION?
This program does not include one on one nutritional/cardio coaching, nutrition or cardio programming, supplement guidance, or any form of personalized coaching.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?
This program will NOT guarantee fat loss – that’s largely determined by your calorie intake (as is muscle growth). You should not expect to lose fat just because you are partaking in this program.
