ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

This program is brand new! Suitable for all levels - beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

I know life can get in the way and as the weather gets nicer, we want to spend less time working out! So I came up with a 4 week program that’s easy to follow and a no-brainer to fit into your already busy schedule! These workouts are approximately 20-30 minutes in length and will be sure to leave you sweating in no time!

The program is a mix of weight lifting, circuit style workouts and high intensity interval training. The overall 4 week program’s goal is to gain strength and increase flexibility as well as create an aerobic training base. You will be expected to up your weights and use the progressive overload principle by gradually increasing the stress placed on your body. The goal will be to use more sets, fewer repetitions, and heavier loads. These workouts will challenge your fitness through intense exertion and in turn burn lots of fat and increase your metabolism. 

There are 4 days of workouts/week, 5th optional day. Video demonstrations for ALL exercises.

Equipment required:

  • Dumbbells - I suggest one light pair (5-10 lbs & a heavier pair 35-50 lbs)

  • Mini resistance bands (not required but recommended)

There are four daily sessions per week and an optional fifth day. Two lower body days, Two upper body days, and an optional core and cardio or full body day.

Get ready to sweat and burn some cals while having fun! These are workouts I have created myself, that I know you will love and yet maybe hate at the same time. 

FAQ’S

DO I NEED PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE TO COMPLETE THIS PROGRAM?
No. This program is suitable for all levels - beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
This program can be completed at home or in a gym. Equipment required includes dumbbells, minibands, long resistance bands (anything else you own is a bonus!). 

WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW ONE OF THE EXERCISES?
This program includes video (not written) demonstrations for all movements in the program.

WHAT ABOUT NUTRITION?
This program does not include one on one nutritional/cardio coaching, nutrition or cardio programming, supplement guidance, or any form of personalized coaching.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?
This program will not guarantee fat loss – that’s largely determined by your calorie intake (as is muscle growth). You should not expect to lose fat just because you are partaking in this program. There are a lot more variables involved than that!
