4 weeks of workouts, each ~45-60 minutes in length. You’ll follow the same workout split for 4 weeks, with 4-5 workouts each week.
FAQ’s
DO I NEED PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE TO COMPLETE THIS PROGRAM?
No! This program is for all levels — beginner, intermediate & advanced.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
There is a “gym” and “home” option. The gym version assumes you have access to most standardized equipment. You can always swap exercises for the home version if your gym doesn’t have a specific machine. If you’re completing this at home you’ll need dumbbells and looped bands.— household objects i.e. a chair, bench, etc. anything else you have is an added bonus!
WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW ONE OF THE EXERCISES?
Each exercise is hyperlinked to demo the movement.
WHAT ABOUT CHECK-INS AND ACCOUNTABILITY?
This program is not the same as a group challenge and is designed to be completed independently. However, there is an option if you would like to add on a personalized weekly check for the duration of the four weeks for $10. Shared recipe, motivation and tips are shared here.
WHAT ABOUT NUTRITION?
This program does not include one on one nutritional coaching, supplement guidance, or any form of personalized coaching.
WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?
This program will NOT guarantee fat loss – that’s largely determined by your calorie intake (as is muscle growth). You should not expect to lose fat just because you’re partaking in this program. There are a lot more variables involved than that!
