About this program

4 weeks of workouts, each 20 minutes or less in length. Modifications are always an option and there are alternatives for every exercise.

It is mainly strength training focused with 2 upper body days, 2 lower body days and a full body/circuit training day.

FAQ’s

DO I NEED PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE TO COMPLETE THIS PROGRAM?
No! This program is for all levels - beginner, intermediate & advanced.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
A set of dumbbells and household objects i.e. a chair, bench, etc. anything else you have is an added bonus!

WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW ONE OF THE EXERCISES?
It is follow along style & I demo every movement and include tips on form and technique.

WHAT ABOUT NUTRITION?
This program does not include one on one nutritional/cardio coaching, nutrition or cardio programming, supplement guidance, or any form of personalized coaching.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?
This program will NOT guarantee fat loss – that’s largely determined by your calorie intake (as is muscle growth). You should not expect to lose fat just because you’re partaking in this program. There are a lot more variables involved than that!
